this work is dedicated to a creature which is as basic as important for the evolution of our society. there is hardly a paper without any on them. typographers use them for creating letters. scientists use them as numbers and in schemes. graphic artists could not exist without them. even our houses, skyscrapers, cars and aeroplanes, rockets and space shuttles would probably be non existent. they are usually very calm and adapted, they don't make any sounds. although they are omnipresent, they are so easy to be overlooked....lines.

what if they one day decide to become a soul. what if they start to think about their destiny? wouldn't there at least be some of them who'd become unhappy while outlining a house wall on an architects plan at the same time thinking of all the happy lines who made it to show business? anger and jealousy would enter the world of lines. don't underestimate a line equipped with anger and charisma, it'll be ready to rule the world...

people say that some of these enlightened simple beings, given a soul, we're already sighted. I managed to capture one to show it to you.

when it is hungry, it becomes pale. you can put food by clicking the right mouse button and dragging the mouse. you can create new lines by drawing them with the left mouse button. if you feed them well, they'll reproduce themselves. be aware, they will do it with pleasure and they will gain power. you won't want them to achieve a global consciousness and brake the screen to become YOUR line disease....

Marcos Weskamp and Jeffrey Traer Bernstein show similar works.
